Perfect for   Classic everyday seasoning - grilled meats and/or vegetables of any kind and also really tasty sprinkled through salads or added to dressings.

How to use   Rub onto meat to marinate (either dry or by mixing with a little good-quality olive oil) and leave to rest for at least 5 minutes before cooking. Add to non-meat dishes as seasoning during cooking.

Inspiration   Provence is one of the most famous regions in France - synonymous with lavender and aromatic herbs or “herbes de provence”. The climate and proximity to the mediterranean has made the region an excellent producer of wine such as rosé wine, fruit and vegetables (providing over half of France’s total produce) and a must-visit tourist destination.
