Prosecco, Saint-Germain and Calvados Spice Blend Cocktail!

Christmas Cocktail using Le Fermier!

Enjoy a delicious cocktail this Christmas, I’ve us the Calvados blend for this delicious cocktail!

Ingredients:

* 1 shot Saint-Germain elderflower liqueur
* Prosecco
* Calvados blend
* 2 sprig thyme
* 1 slice pear

Method:

1. Coat the rim of a cocktail glass by dipping in water then in the Calvados blend.
2. Pour the shot of saint-germain in the glass and top up with Prosecco.
3. Garnish with a slice of pear and thyme.
