How to make an easy, classic mornay sauce, Michelin Chef style!

You can serve mornay sauce with eggs, casseroles, chicken, fish....vegetables, you name it! It's a simple way to elevate your meal and add some creamy flavour. Here, I'm going to show you how you can create delicious mornay sauce at home!

The ingredients are:

* 1/2 litre full fat milk
* 2 egg yolk
* 40 g plain flour
* 60g butter
* 2 tablespoon Bresse spice
* 100 g Parmesan

method:

1. Start by melting the butter in a saucepan. Take the pan of the heat and add the flour.
2. Whisk in the flour, mix the spices with the milk and slowly add it to the flour while whisking on medium heat.
3. Add the cheese and blend it in. Add the egg yolks and whisk to combine.
