Greek Salad recipe using Le Fermier!

Michelin Chef's Greek Salad recipe using Le Fermier!

Who said salads need to be boring? I love this fresh salad throughut the summer and I know you will too.

Fresh Greek Salad using the Provence blend!

The ingredients are:

* 1 green capsicum, sliced
* 2 tomato, quartered
* 4 cherry tomato, halved
* 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
* 12 olives
* 40 g Persian feta
* 1 tablespoon Provence blend
* 1/2 cucumber sliced
* 1 sprig dill, hand torn
* 1 sprig mint, hand torn
* Sherry vinegar
* Olive oil
* Pinch of salt

Method:

1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, except the feta, vinegar and oil.
2. Drizzle the oil and vinegar over the salad and top with feta.
