Easy, One pan salmon with the Le Fermier Marseille blend!

Enjoy this quick and easy one pan salmon this Friday, delicious and low on clean up time!

The ingredients are:

* 2 pieces salmon
* 1 bunch asparagus
* 4 kipfler potatoes
* 6 baby Dutch carrots
* 1 fennel
* 8 cherry tomato
* 2 tablespoon Marseille blend

Easy, One pan salmon with the Le Fermier Marseille blend!


Method:
1. Preheat the oven at 190 degrees Celsius.
2. Quarter the potatoes and place them in a casserole dish. Cut the fennel into wedges and add it to the potatoes. Drizzle some olive oil and sprinkle half of the Marseille blend over them.
3. Stir well and bake for about 15 minute or until slightly brown on top. The potatoes should be slightly firm still.
4. Add the carrots, asparagus and bake for a further 10 minutes. Then add the cherry tomato. Coat the salmon with the remaining Marseille blend and place on top of the veggies.
5. Return to the oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes.
