Easy Chicken Parma recipe using the Le Fermier Louisiana blend

Today I'm making a chicken Parma using the Louisiana Blend!

The ingredients are:

* 1 chicken breast, butterflied
* 4 tablespoon Louisiana blend
* Plain flour for dusting
* Coarse bread crumbs
* 2 eggs mixed with milk ( 200 ml)
* 6 sliced ham
* 4 slices cheese
* 4 tablespoon Passata

For the Salad
* 6 baby cos leaves
* 4 cherry tomato
* 4 baby capsicum multi color
* 1/4 sliced white onions
* Parmesan

For the Dressing:

* 2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
* 2 clove garlic, finely chopped
* 1 tablespoon Mayo
* Sherry vinegar to taste
* Olive to taste.
* 1 teaspoon truffle salt

Method:

1. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
2. Dust the chicken with the spice blend, dust it in flour, dip in the egg mix and the breadcrumbs.
3. In a hot pan with olive oil cook the chicken on each side until golden. Cook in the oven for about 12 minutes or until cooked through.
4. Place the Passata, ham and cheese on top of the chicken and return to the oven until melted.
5. For the dressing place all ingredients in a shaker and shake until combined.
6. Mix the salad ingredients together and dress it with the dressing.
