Easy Burrito recipe using the Le Fermier Bresse blend!

I love making burrito's for a quick mid-week dinner!

Here's my recipe on how to make easy, delicious burrito's, with my special twist of course!

The ingredients are:

* 100g brown rice , cooked
* 1/2 chicken breast, sliced
* 20 g black beans
* 3 tablespoon mayonnaise
* 1 tomato, seeded and diced
* 1/2 red onion diced
* 1/2 bunch parsley, chopped
* 1/2 avocado, smashed
* 2 tablespoon Le Fermier Bresse blend
* 1 large tortilla wrap
* 1 corn cob, roasted or steamed.


1. Start by roasting or steaming the corn and slice the kernels of the cob.
2. Mix the diced tomato, chopped parsley and chopped red onion together in a bowl.
3. Mix 1 spoon of the Bresse blend with 3 tablespoon of mayonnaise.
4. Heat up a fry pan with some olive oil, sprinkle one spoon of the Bresse blend over the chicken and mix really well to get the flavor in the meat.
5. Cook the chicken in the hot pan until cooked through, roughly 5 minutes.
6. Heat up the tortilla wrap either in the microwave for 30 seconds or in a dry hot pan.
7. Spread the avocado smash first, then add the rice, black beans, corn, tomato salsa and chicken. Spoon the Mayo over the top and fold the burrito ( see video). Gently press down and return the hot dry pan on the opening side to seal it or if you have a sandwich press you can use that . But don’t press too hard!
