Christmas Short Bread with Le Fermier!

I've always found it's nice to have the kids involved in the cooking process, especially during Christmas!

Here, we're making Short bread using the Calvados Blend !

Ingredients:
* 150 g unsalted butter, at room temperature
* 200 g plain flour
* 50 g Le Fermier Calvados Blend, plus extra to sprinkle

Method:

1. Preheat the oven to 190ºC/375ºF/gas 5.
2. Line a flat baking tray with greaseproof paper.
3. In a electric mixer bowl, mix together the butter and Calvados blend. Whisk until creamy ( about 5 minutes)
4. Add the flour and mix until just combined. Don’t knead it!
5. Roll the dough on a floured surface to the thickness of a 2 dollar coin, roughly.
6. Remove, sprinkle over a little extra Calvados Blend while it’s still warm, then leave to cool.
