Aperol spritz using the Le Fermier Calvados blend!

Cruise into the new year with an aperol spritz using Le Fermier!

Here, we're making an Aperol spritz using the Calvados blend.

The ingredients are:

* 100ml aperol
* 150ml Prosecco
* 1 teaspoon Calvados blend
* Top up with tonic water

method:

1. Add crushed ice, the aperol and the spice blend in a cocktail shaker.
2. Shake well and pour into a tall glass.
3. Add the Prosecco and top up with tonic water (I used the fever tree tonic)
