15 minute Pappardelle, Dijon Mustard and Pork Fillet Ragout!

If you're short on time, this is my favourite meal to make in 15 minutes!

The ingredients are:
* 1 pork fillet, diced
* 3 tablespoon Dijon mustard
* 3 tablespoon grain mustard
* 100 ml thickened cream
* 100 ml beef stock
* 50 ml white wine
* 1 brown onion, diced
* 3 cloves garlic, chopped
* 2 sprigs Rosemary, chopped
* 150 g pappardelle
* 2 teaspoons Alsace blend

15 minute Pappardelle, Dijon Mustard and Pork Fillet Ragout!

Method:
1. Bring a pot of water to the boil to cook the pasta.
2. Heat up a casserole pan, start by cooking the onion and garlic until slightly colored.
3. Add the pork and spices and cook until slightly colored on all sides.
4. Add the white wine and reduce by half. Then add the mustards stock and cream.
5. And simmer on medium heat for about 15 minutes
6. Mix 40 g of melted butter and plain flour and use it to thicken the sauce, you might not need all of it.
7. Cook the pasta Al dente about 7 minutes.
