I am forever finding new ways to use these fantastic spice blends. The Bresse adds some spice to crumbed chicken, the Salrat gives extra oomf to pasta with chorizo and I love to sprinkle the Provençal blend over homemade pizza.

While the Le Fermier range takes its inspiration from French regions and cities, their uses are by no means limited to French cuisine. Made to be enjoyed on the dishes you already love to cook, use them to add an extra flavour punch. They pair perfectly with meat, and especially so when cooking on the barbecue or in a smoker, but being so versatile can also easily be added to vegetables, pasta, rice, you see where we’re going - anything!
Most blends are intended for savoury dishes but there are also sweet selections which can be included in baking or as a garnish for desserts.
